Local Delivery
As the name suggests, we are based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. For smaller items we offer a fixed flat-rate service for our local deliveries and collections. This applies within all SG1 to SG18 postcodes.
We carry non slip matting, blankets, loading straps and a trolley to ensure the best handling for your item(s).
The most common local items are urgent envelopes/packets, legal documents and laptops etc linking not only local business but businesses to their customers and home workers.
Nationwide Delivery
Each week we are asked to travel the length and breadth of the UK. Picking up locally and taking customers items as far afield as Scotland, Cornwall, Wales and all points in between.
We take the utmost care of all consignments whether it be a handful of boxes or a pallet of goods. By collecting and delivering directly - not via a hub or warehouse - we can ensure a "hand-delivered" experience wherever in the UK you need us to deliver.

Pallet Delivery
Hitchin Couriers currently operate Transit size SWB vans. This means we can carry up to 2 pallets with a total combined weight of up to 700KGS.
Handy for excess pallets and overflow at distribution centres or any business that has palletised fork-lift items which need delivering speedily to anywhere in the UK.
All loads are securely strapped and fully insured during transit.

AOG & Aerospace Delivery
We have vast experience with urgent Aircraft On Ground parts deliveries. Being located within easy reach of all London airports and familiar with the UK network of parts warehouses means we are often tasked with Aerospace deliveries.
